ICIS is supported by a team of volunteers who help with the many essential administrative tasks involved in running, maintaining and developing an information resource. Volunteers are normally asked to commit to at least two hours per week, either morning or afternoon between 9am and 4.30pm.
Tasks volunteers are involved in include:
ICIS would also welcome volunteers with fundraising or marketing expertise.

Full training and supervision is provided and travel expenses to ICIS are reimbursed.

- photocopying
- organising mailings
- dealing with correspondence
- maintaining display material
- gathering new information
- library work
- website data entry
