Sussex Disability Sports Database evaluation form

Some of the sports organisations on the database offer extra support to people with disabilities. The level of support that can be provided will depend on staff availability and type of disability, but as a general guide, this is described as:

Low Support Organisations offering low support can provide some initial support and guidance only to help a person to take part. The amount of support will depend on number of staff or volunteers available at the time.

Medium Support Organisations offering medium support can provide some support, guidance and training, the level of support may reduce over time.

High Support Organisations offering high support can provide support and guidance on a one-to-one basis. Staff are likely to have received training and be able to respond to a person's individual need.
