You can apply for a carers emergency alert card, and find out about the emergency respite care scheme.
You can go to the West Sussex Carers Online website - www.westsussexcarers.org.uk and search for help online. The Carers Online website is maintained and developed by ICIS on behalf of West Sussex County Council. It aims to help put carers in touch with local support and services, direct carers to national information which may be useful, and to provide information to support carers in their daily lives.
