Wellspring
Wellspring is a registered charity for children and young people with disabilities and special needs, and their parents and carers in West Sussex. Wellspring has a website at www.wellspringwestsussex.org.uk.Wellspring produces a free newsletter which is widely distributed regularly across the county. The Wellspring newsletter started in 1995 with a multi-agency team, including representatives from Social Services, Health, Education, the voluntary sector and parent carers. It aims to be a voice for families with special needs, reflecting their views and highlighting any issues that may be important to them. It is edited by Lizzie Baily, a young person with disabilities who lives in Chichester, and anyone with an interest is welcome to contribute with either articles, letters, pictures, jokes or suggestions for future editions.

A Wellspring Resource Booklet has been produced containing lists of organisations, services and groups supporting and helping parents and carers of children with special needs. Download the online version of the Wellspring Resource Booklet. The online version lists only those organisations that have given permission for their details to be published on the internet.
