Description of service
Care home offering 24 hour care from trained staff specialising in Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of dementia. Takes people from the age of 60, but may accept people under this age. May be able to provide respite and convalescent care, depending on bed availability. Minimum drug use is in operation, with higher staff levels and activities being preferred. Pets allowed on approval.
The home has two lounges, dining room and a garden. Additional services include aromatherapy, chiropody, dental and optical care, hairdressing, library, physiotherapy and osteopathy.
The home has level access throughout, ramps and wide doorways allowing access for wheelchairs, a lift and special aids and equipment. Parking is available.
