ICIS is a project of the Helplines Partnership


The Helplines Partnership, a national organisation established 1st April 2013 following the merger of the Mental Health Helplines Partnership, The Helplines Association and ICIS: information for life. The Helplines Partnership is the umbrella body for the UK’s helplines and help-services, providing training, quality standards, accreditation schemes and other support to promote “excellence through multi-channel communications enabling everyone to make informed life choices”.

ICIS runs the organisation’s Information Directorate from its base in West Sussex. ICIS continues to delivers its well established services in West Sussex and develops information services for Helplines Partnership members and other organisations throughout the UK.
