Welcome to ICISbase - Online Update form

ICISbase is a high quality, up to date, information resource. It contains details of services, products and information to support people in West Sussex with a disability, illness or difficulty, or who are experiencing challenging life circumstances. Organisations pay nothing to be added to ICISbase. The database is maintained by ICIS to enable ICIS to respond to calls to the Enquiry Service, and to support the information needs of health and social care services. It costs nothing for people or service providers to use the ICIS Enquiry Service to find out about services to help themselves or others.

ICIS is an impartial information provider and inclusion in ICISbase does not constitute a recommendation by ICIS.

Every attempt is made to update details annually, and organisations are encouraged to keep us informed of changes to their details as and when they occur.

Online information

Some, but not all, of the services listed in ICISbase are also made publicly available in a database on the ICIS website. Permission must be given by an organisation before any of its details can be made available online.

If you do not wish your organisation to be listed in the public online database, please indicate this at Step 2 of the update process.

If you wish your organisation to be listed online, but would like some details (such as your address) excluded, please ensure you indicate this where asked.
